What is an Escape Room?
An escape room is an interactive puzzle room where you and your team must work together to solve puzzles in order to complete your objective at hand.
What if I need to leave the room?
You may leave the room at any time however your timer will not pause. If you decide to end your experience early, there will be no refund will be issued.
How old do you have to be to play?
We accept players of all ages but asked children under 15 be accompanied by an adult
How long does the escape room last?
You will have an hour to complete your objective. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your start time! This is essential. When you arrive you will receive a quick briefing of the game beforehand. You will have some time afterwards for fun photos with our cool props!
Will I be playing with strangers?
All of our escape rooms are fully private. When you book only you and your teammates will be playing that experience
Can I take videos or photos of my experience?
We prohibit the use of photo or videos in our experiences
Do I need a reservation?
Yes, a reservation is necessary, but thankfully you can book online easily! Just click any of the book now buttons or click here. We do allow walk-ins if there is availability.
What if I have a party larger than the capacity of the room?

What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
All sales are final. To reschedule or make changes to your booking please call us at your soonest availability at (704) 648-2210
What happens if I arrive late?
We ask that you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. The door to the room closes at the time you signed up for. You may not be permitted into the room if you are late. There are no refunds or rescheduling in this scenario. Please account for the traffic and plan accordingly.
How much is it?
Our experiences are $25 per person
What happens if there's bad weather?
We value the safety of our customers and our staff. In the event of unsafe driving conditions, Candid Escapes will close our facility and notify you. If Candid Escapes is closed, all reservations will be rescheduled and rescheduling fees will be waived. If you can not make it to our facility due to unsafe driving conditions in your area, please call us ahead of time to reschedule your reservation. While there are no refunds, you will have up to 30 days from the date of your original reservation to redeem.
